Ibought a proof the other day from Laughing Hand, as 24-year veteran Vancouver and Victoria street artist Keith McKellar is known.He is a rarity among outsider artists these days in that he can still be easily found outside. Naive Art, Visionary Art, Folk Art, Graffiti: It's all in the high-end galleries now. Mr. McKellar is selling out of his Chevy Van. You'll find him weekends at Commercial and Gravely just opposite the Cafe Roma. Drawings fluttering in the breeze, some pegged to a clothes line.
