NDP torn over Tsawwassen treaty

New Democratic Party Leader Carole James is heading for a showdown with some of her MLAs over the proposed Tsawwassen treaty.The provincial Opposition Leader said in an interview yesterday there is no room for dissent on the treaty - the caucus is expected to vote unanimously in favour when it comes before the legislature some time this fall.
