A mechanical failure aboard an aging B.C. Ferries ship is being blamed for an accident on Monday night that injured five passengers.The Queen of Chilliwack, almost 30 years old and due for retirement in the next five years, slammed into a dock at Port Hardy on Vancouver Island causing a number of passengers to fall, including an elderly man who tumbled down a stairwell and suffered a head injury.
