Union, city to meet for talks as strike enters seventh week

Both sides in the Vancouver civic strike have agreed to sit down today for informal talks aimed at finding a way to restart negotiations.Leaders of the union representing 2,500 inside workers will meet with representatives from the city for a private meeting as the strike enters its seventh week.
